E/e-mark认证简介
欧洲是以欧洲型式批准（European Type Approval）制度来管理机动车辆的。汽车型式批
准就是确认新设计产品的样品符合专门的性能标准，产品的技术条件将登记在案，作为型式批准
的唯一技术条件。
汽车EC指令和ECE法规由第三方进行批准，并由一独立实体完成检验、产品一致性评价和批准。欧洲各国的整车型式认证批准（
WVTA）于1998年1月1日起依据整车型式批准指令98/14/EC（70/156/EEC）对乘用车（M1类）整车强制实施，于从1999年6月17日依据整
车型式批准指令2002/24/EC（92/61/EEC）对摩托车整车强制实施。都是由本国的独立认证机构进行的，但标准则是全欧洲统一的，依
据的是ECE法规、EC指令。分e-mark和E-mark两类，e-mark针对整车车辆系统和零部件，E-mark主要针对车辆系统和零部件，不含整车
二者原则相同，只有极少部分内容有差别。
