PSE认证简介
日本的电器产品市场很大，日本的消费者对电器产品的安全性也非常重视。从2001年4月1日起，日本《电气用品取缔法》正式并将其更名为《电气用品安全法》统一使用PSE标志，并加强了对进口商的惩罚措施。
PSE（Product Safety of Electrical Appliance & Materials）认证（在日本称之为“适合性检查”）是日本电气用品的强制性市场准入制度，是日本《电气用品安全法》中规定的一项重要内容。目前，日本政府根据日本《电气用品安全法》中规定，将电气用品分为“特定电气用品”和“非特定电气用品”，其中“特定电器用品”包括115种产品；“非特定电气用品”包括339种产品。
PSE包括EMC和安全两部分的要求。
凡属于“特定电气用品”目录内的产品，进入日本市场，必须通过日本经济产业省授权的第三方认证机构认证取得认证合格证书
并在标签上有菱形的PSE标志,如下图所示:
而属于“非特定电气用品”目录内的产品，进入日本市场，须经过自我测试和自我声明，确认符合日本电气用品技术基准，并在 标签上有圆形的PSE标志。
